Got a favorite hydration pack or small backpack with a sternum strap? Well the DALAS™ Stick was made for you! Get ready to make your heaviest detector float like a feather. Simple, comfortable, effective. Comes with the exclusive QWIPPLE™ bungee. DALAS™ stands for Detector Air Lift Assist System. The SYSTEM can consist of the STICK and a STRAP, which is essentially a harness, that you can supply, or we have an optional DALAS™ STRAP (Harness) fashioned after the Ultra Swingy Thingy.

The DALAS Stick was designed with ergonomics, physics, and comfort in mind. The paddle slips into the back of your pants in the middle of your back. The fully adjustable rod can be adjusted for right- or left-handed use. Adjustment for width and height are easily accommodated via threaded adjustments. The rod runs from the paddle then up alongside your rib cage and the ring sits about shoulder high, allowing easy attachment of the black bungee clip. The SLIDE CLIP is an essential part of this design. The slide clip attaches to your sternum strap. This slide clip allows the DALAS Stick to effectively transfer the weight of your detector down and redirects it back to the paddle. It is essential for any device that claims to effectively transfer weight, to be independent of any obstruction.

If you are using a device that attaches to a backpack or “D” ring on your backpack, and it has no way to move independently of that attachment, chances are good it is not going to be effective. If such a device is not perfectly adjusted, it can ultimately end up pulling on the shoulder strap of your harness and the weight is transferred to your shoulder and neck area. The DALAS Stick is designed to transfer the weight efficiently. The weight is applied at the attachment ring at your shoulder via the bungee. It is able to move freely via the SLIDE CLIP. The weight goes down and is redirected backwards. The result is that weight re-direction is terminated by just pushing your belt out and away from your back. You never feel the weight of the detector and the DALAS Stick never allows that weight transfer to be disrupted.

By means of a uniquely designed bungee, for the first time ever, a detectorist was able to instantaneously adjust the length of the bungee; even in mid-swing. Well times have changed and it’s time for the Nugget Stalker® Swingy Thingy® Version 2.0. Improvements: New Design, padded strap, Ambi Dexterous, and Qweegle™ Bungee included. Simple, effective. Perfect for lite-weight detectors.

Padded strap goes over right or left shoulder depending on your preference. Green two inch strap attaches to the back of your pants with an Alligator Suspender clamp. One inch strap goes under the arm opposite where the padded strap is. The one-inch strap centers the “O” ring in the middle of your chest and keeps the padded strap from sliding off of your shoulder. The Qweegle™ bungee allows you to adjust the length of the bungee at the snap that goes on the “O” ring or on the rod attachment device. You can easily lay your detector down and detach yourself from the bungee cord by pulling the bungee out of the rod adjustment device through the slide slit. This leaves the bungee attached to the Swingy Thingy® and not lying in the dirt.

There’s never been anything like this to speed up recovery and isolation of gold whether using it while metal detecting, or just sampling pay dirt.  Use it to sample gold rich gravel that you have dug out of bedrock cracks.  Scientifically designed to maximize recovery of gold and speed up the process.  This scoop was designed by Doc, who has been prospecting for gold since 1990. 

A. Made of sturdy ABS. In Green or High Contrast Blue

B. Recessed Channel to direct and isolate gold as you agitate the scoop back and forth

C. The GOLD PIT™ Helps trap gold after you have worked most of the dirt out of the front of the scoop over the riffles and into your hand. Most nuggets close to 1 gram will easily be found as you move the dirt out of the front of the scoop. They will stay behind the riffles.

If the gold is small, once you have a small amount of dirt left that will fit in the PIT, incline the scoop at a 45 degree angle and continue to agitate. This will direct the gold and backwards in the Recessed Channel where the gold drops into the GOLD PIT™.

The inside of the GOLD PIT™ has a unique checkered pattern molded into a high angled incline that keeps the gold in the PIT. Once the small amount of dirt is in the PIT, hold the scoop level and start gently bumping the front of the scoop against your hand. Tilting the scoop forward will make the material in the PIT come out faster. Tilting it back will make it come out slower. Remember to stop and agitate the scoop so the gold settles to the bottom of the GOLD PIT™.

D. Squared off front edges allow you to easily scrape your dirt into a pile.

E. Progressive riffles catch any gold as you tilt the scoop forward to empty excess overburden into your hand.

This unique tool is designed to increase your recovery speed of detected nuggets.  When you give the scoop a little shake and agitation gravity causes the heavy gold to be channeled into the recessed bowl in the bottom of the scoop; the “Gold SPOT.”  When you start dumping dirt into your hand to isolate the nugget, the trough of the recessed bowl ramps up and channels any gold towards the riffles.  The riffles hold the nugget, as the lighter material spills over the tops of the riffles into your hand.

Ever cleaned out a crack in bedrock and the material in your scoop is setting off your detector but you’re having a difficult time locating that little speck of gold?  Add a little water to the material and you have the fastest most convenient portable gold sniping pan ever.

I was prompted to redesign the standard conventional scoop that has been around for over 30 years because with the popularity of the Minelab Gold Monster 1000, smaller gold is really hard to isolate with a standard scoop.

ATTENTION International Buyers. 1 Scoop costs approx, $38 for shipping.  Ridiculous I know.  However, if you have friends and you buy 6 scoops they will ship for the same $42!  That’s just the way the postal rates are.  Anything that weighs from 7 ounces to less than 4 lbs gets a preferred rate.  So that brings the shipping down to approx. $7 per scoop if you divide the shipping cost of $42 by 6 scoops.  $7 shipping is less expensive than sending 1 scoop in the U.S.

Don’t freak out if the shipping for 6 scoops appears to be more than $42 when you check out.  The cart program sometimes does not understand the way International Postage works.  I will refund the difference of shipping that exceeds the $42 up to 6 scoops.  After 6 scoops the shipping price goes up.
