These are not magnets that were salvaged from some piece of scrap equipment. These magnets are manufactured specifically to my specifications. They are 1/4 thick and 1 inch diameter. They are about the size of a quarter.

Be exceptionally careful when handling these as they will literally jump towards metal and could pinch you! 1/4 inch X 1 inch disk.

Regardless of how strong you think your magnet is, always use silicone or Shoe Goo to attach your magnet to your pick. Vigorous digging with a pick will ultimately manage to dislodge your valuable super magnet unless it is secured in place with a silicone type substance.
